This multilingual website is designed for a professional drone pilot to showcase his services and simplify client interactions. Visitors can explore detailed information about his offerings and easily book an introductory call via a streamlined appointment system.

The application features a secure admin back office with Google Auth, allowing the pilot to manage content like pricing and availabilities. The back office also includes a robust calendar tool synchronized with his personal Google Calendar, making it effortless to manage appointments and schedules.

For each appointment booked, customers receive a branded email containing a Google Meet link and a calendar invitation, ensuring a seamless and professional scheduling experience.

The Climbframe website offers a comprehensive overview of the services provided by a professional drone pilot.

Appointment booking

Users can easily book an introductory call by filling out the contact form on the website. They select an available date and time from the calendar and provide their contact details. After submitting the form, they receive an email confirming that their appointment request has been successfully registered.

Appointment confirmation

The drone pilot reviews appointment requests in the secure back office and decides whether to accept or decline them. This streamlined process ensures availability is accurately managed and appointments are scheduled efficiently.

Send calendar invitation

Once the appointment is approved, the user receives a confirmation email. It includes a calendar invitation and, if the contact method chosen is a video call, a Google Meet link for the scheduled meeting.

Admin Back Office.

The secure admin back office gives the drone pilot control over website content and scheduling. With Google Auth for secure access, it features a Google Calendar-synchronized tool, client data management, and pricing editing across multiple languages, ensuring efficient service management.
