Mission.
This project is a website for Kosta Jakic, a talented Belgian pianist of Yugoslav origin, to showcase his artistry and connect with his audience. The multilingual website provides an engaging experience, featuring Kosta's biography, details of his upcoming and past concerts, a gallery of high-quality photos and videos, and an overview of his musical projects.
A secure admin back office enables Kosta to easily manage the website's content, including concert information, ensuring the platform remains dynamic and up-to-date.

Images Optimisation.
Image optimization is a central element of the project, ensuring a balance between performance, visual quality, and a seamless user experience, even with highly visual content.
Images are used both as immersive background elements and as primary content in the gallery. They must therefore adapt to different display contexts without degrading the site's loading speed.
For background visuals, progressive loading techniques allow a lightweight version of the image to be displayed quickly before its final rendering, ensuring a smooth transition without visual disruption during navigation.
In the gallery, images are served in web-optimized formats to reduce file size while maintaining high display quality, even in large collections. Users also have access to high-resolution original versions when a download is required.
These optimizations provide a rich and consistent visual experience without compromising overall site performance.
Content Management.
The secure admin back office enables efficient management of concerts, gallery content, and projects. This ensures that the website remains dynamic and up-to-date, with easy options to edit, delete, and add content as needed.
Stack.
A unified full-stack stack that prioritizes consistency between the database schema (Prisma) and API calls (tRPC). This structure allows for rapid iteration on features while ensuring solid authentication and reliable cloud storage infrastructure.
