Civil engineering taught me how to reason through a problem before touching a keyboard. That's still how I approach every feature: the code comes after the thinking.
From engineering to code: a passion for solving complex problems.
With a background in civil engineering and project management, my journey into web development was born from a desire to build concrete and meaningful solutions. After completing my studies in Belgium and the United States, I dove into the world of code, perfecting my skills through practical experience and constant technological monitoring.
Today, as a Full Stack developer, I specialize in building well-structured, high-performance applications with a seamless user experience. Whether I'm designing an intuitive frontend interface or a scalable backend architecture, I care about doing it properly: clean code, sensible trade-offs, and room for it to evolve.
Outside of coding, I enjoy sports and adventure. From mountain hiking to basketball, traveling, and exploring new places, I love discovering new things and staying active.

My Experience.
Full Stack Engineer @ Sagacify
September 2024 - now
Multi-Tenant Auth & Permissions: Authentication and permissions across a range of identity stacks (OAuth2, AWS Cognito, Keycloak, Better Auth, Entra ID) for secure multi-tenant architectures, including machine-to-machine flows for backend integrations. End-to-end RBAC and attribute-based (ABAC) permission systems, several built with CASL, enforced identically on frontend and API.
Tech Lead & Software Design: Technical lead across several large-scale projects spanning AI, public sector, and leisure/tourism. Responsible for data modeling and database architecture, and for codebase quality, with a consistent hand in product thinking and UX/UI decisions.
Lead of Frontend Development: Maintained and modernized Sagacify's internal React boilerplate, the starting point for every new frontend project, overhauling development standards (React Hook Form, TanStack, Tailwind, ShadCN) for performance and scalability. Set up the team's agentic coding configuration (Cursor/Claude: agents, skills, rules, commands) to keep code quality and structure consistent across projects.
AI Solutions & Distributed Systems: Multi-assistant AI chatbot platforms with real-time response streaming (Redis Pub/Sub), a JSON-driven dynamic form engine for fast assistant onboarding, and delivery as a standalone web app, an embeddable web component, or a SharePoint SPFx integration depending on the client, alongside scalable asynchronous processing built on AWS SQS, dedicated workers, and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ).

Web Development & Advanced Features: Design and development of a major digital platform for a public administration in the Wallonia-Brussels region, replacing a fully paper-based process end to end. E-signatures captured directly on a live PDF preview at the exact clicked position, a config-driven nested form engine (tabs, sections, questions) so a new program is a new configuration rather than new code, a chat system, and CASL permissions scoped by step of a file's lifecycle rather than by role alone, all shipped in an Agile environment.
Lead Dev & Product Management: Led the creation of a custom ERP end to end, starting with on-site interviews across multiple roles at the client to understand why off-the-shelf ERPs didn't fit and what a tailored one needed to do. Ran the brainstorming sessions that shaped the wireframes and a detailed specification, guided a designer through the UX/UI mockups, then set up the codebase and kicked off development, with regular client meetings throughout to validate mockups and technical choices and walk through progress.

Mobile Development & Maintenance: Actively contributed to a high-traffic React Native app (thousands of daily users), ensuring the stability and availability of digital newspapers.
Product Evolution: Designed and implemented new features, improved user experience, resolved bugs, and optimized application performance.
Internal tools development: Built an internal web tool with Next.js to automate and speed up client onboarding. This tool allows clients to configure their own version of the app (colors, layout, logo, etc.), reducing integration time.
